Who we are?
Achieve University powered by The Florida Vipers sports program is a non-profit based community, educational, heath, housing, and financial litercy organization based in South Florida.
Achieve University and The Florida Vipers Academy creates opportunities and provides support for promising youth to fulfill their potential in the classroom, on the court and in the community. Our mission is to educate and empower promising underserved youth, create jobs for community citizens, help create housing , and provide financial litercy to be leaders, champions and student-athletes by developing the skills necessary for success in high school, college and life.
Specifically, our organization uses Sports as a “hook” to engage young men and women in the program, help them access high quality educational opportunities, and instill in them the values and life skills that will prepare them for success in life beyond sports.

We are thrilled to present an exclusive opportunity at Achieve University – the Florida Vipers Academy. This program isn’t just about playing basketball; it’s a comprehensive journey designed to shape the next wave of basketball talent. Here’s what makes our program a game-changer:
Program Details:
– Days: Every Friday
– Location: Indoor facility at the Pickle Ball Complex
– Sessions: Two per month, offering focused and intensive training
– Age Groups: Catering to ages 5-17, with sessions tailored for different grade levels
Session Breakdown:
1. 1st-3rd Grade: 6:30pm – 7:15pm
2. 4th-6th Grade: 6:30pm – 7:30pm
3. 7th-8th Grade: 7:30pm – 8:30pm
4. 9th-12th Grade: 7:30pm – 8:30pm

– Expert Coaching: Our coaches are certified professionals who have guided over 2,500 students to Division I colleges.
– Advanced Training Techniques: Training methods derived from coaches who’ve worked with ESPN top five-ranked players and insights from NBA and Division I experiences.
– Holistic Development: Focusing on skill development, mental health, and well-being to ensure peak performance.
Program Inclusions:
– Personalized skill development in passing, dribbling, and the triple threat position
– Enhancing basketball IQ and physical fitness with strength and agility training
– Real game environment simulation with 5 on 5 play, refereed and filmed by trainers
– Creation of highlight reels and mixtapes to boost player visibility
– Social media guidance to build a strong personal brand
– Monthly one-on-one consultations for personalized game plans, mentorship, and recruitment assistance

About Us
We are excited to share the impactful initiatives underway at Florida Vipers Academy. Our flagship program, College Bound, is dedicated to providing extensive educational support and development opportunities to over 300 students annually. This program encompasses a broad spectrum of activities, including after-school and Saturday sessions, as well as full-day summer engagements, designed to cater to head start, elementary, middle school, and high school students.
In addition to our educational focus, we take pride in our innovative job training program tailored for young adults aged 17-24. This program is more than just job training; it’s a gateway to real-world experiences. Participants have the unique opportunity to network with industry professionals, develop entrepreneurial skills, and engage in business creation activities. Our networking events are specifically designed to open doors for our youth, equipping them with the necessary skills and connections to thrive in today’s competitive landscape.
At the heart of our mission is a relentless commitment to support our student-athletes and their families. We believe in a holistic approach, involving parents and family members through regular communication, home and school visits, and informative workshops. Our goal is to create a supportive network that extends beyond academics and sports.
Furthermore, we recognize the importance of being a steadfast support system, especially in times of crisis. Our team is dedicated to offering assistance by connecting families with essential social services and acting as a steadfast support system in challenging times.

The Florida Vipers Academy, in addition to its main College Bound program, offers Friday Skills Training. This community-focused initiative welcomes up to 100 youths and features a 12-week series of basketball clinics. Each session integrates basketball and life skills, like coupling passing techniques with decision-making skills, and rebounding with determination. The training is held every Friday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Pickle Ball Complex, located at 3650 SW 10th St, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442, USA. This program provides an excellent opportunity for young athletes to develop both on and off the court.
The Florida Vipers Academy by number
- We currently have 78 alums playing college basketball and 20 alums playing professionally.
- 452 The Florida Vipers Academy student-athletes have been placed in college prep high schools, in NYC and throughout the nation.
- 348 The Florida Vipers Academy graduates currently attend or have graduated from some of the nation’s finest college institutions (including Harvard, Penn, Princeton, Stanford, Vanderbilt & Yale).
- $58 Million estimated in total scholarship and financial aid dollars have been awarded to The Florida Vipers Academy student-athletes from independent, boarding and local high schools and top tier colleges
